Located within the heart of Amsterdam next to the Amstel river, within walking distance to the city centre and gay neighbourhood.

A recently renovated large bedroom on the 2nd floor in a recently renovated apartment. 
The room is a non smoking room, for smoking you have to go outside.
You can use the kitchen for basic cooking.
Living Room, Bathroom and Kitchen are shared with host.

 

Please respect the house rules, which include leaving your shoes in the hallway, maintaining a smoke-free and drug-free environment, notifying us of your arrival time, no uninvited guests and being considerate of the neighbour's. Use common sense when it comes to noise levels.
