Minas and Yavor are the perfect hosts. Friendly, warm and with a good sense of humour. The appartement is (as shown in the pictures) just wonderful and absolutely clean. The room and the bed is cosy. Both guys helped us with all our issues and answered all our questions. We got a nice breakfast with self service. At least we enjoyd a naked chat or a drink together with nice and interesting conversation. Highly recommended.

I stayed 3 nights with Minas & Yavor end of September 2024, beginning of October. Highly recommended. Both hosts are a wealth of information and communication was prompt. The pictures and text on this site are accurate. The location is great, away from the touristic areas so a more authentic location and experience. But Acropolis and other sights are all within easy walking distance. I would stay again.

We had a lovely stay with Minas & Yavor (& Victor the dog). Their apartment is clean, comfortable and beautiful. A great location in a local neighbourhood, but in easy reach of the centre and sights. Minas gave us excellent tips and recommendations. Super self-service breakfast. Overall a great experience, thanks guys!

Excellent experience! The hosts were very nice people (real pleasure to meet them), provided some very useful information/ advice and were very helpful with anything needed. The accommodation was very clean, easy to find and located centrally (easy to walk to Acropolis in 30-40 minutes and transport ticket around the town was not really needed). Check-in was very easy. Excellent value for money and a nice breakfast was included too! I highly recommend booking this apartment and hope to be back!

Minas and Yavor were wonderful hosts -- warm and welcoming, they provided good suggestions about the neighborhood and city, and Minas kindly organized an early morning taxi for me when I left to catch a ferry. Their apartment is very clean and located very centrally in the city. Certainly recommend staying there and will be happy to again.

Wonderful hosts, so friendly and helpful, I can not praise them enough. The apartment is like staying in a boutique hotel, very clean and beautifully decorated. I loved the area, easy access to tourist spots but far enough to feel you have escaped the tourist crowds. Great bar and restaurant near the apartment. I would highly recommend and it would be first choice if I returned to Athens.

We very much enjoyed our stay in Athens with Minas and Yavor and, of course, Victor the exuberant pooch. The flat is very well located close to the city centre and close to local restaurants, bakeries and coffee shops. The flat itself is light, bright, stylishly decorated and spotlessly clean and the bed is very comfortable. You will have a lovely stay in Athens with Minas and Yavor and we look forward to staying there again.

The place to be!! No words to describe my stay on that beautiful house! Guys are the best! Super easy to communicate and the house is warm and super nice location in the city center and close to local restaurants, bakeries and coffee shops. The flat itself is light, bright, super CLEAN, stylishly decorated and the bed is very comfortable. You will have a lovely stay in Athens. I feel i have two new friends! Victor the exuberant pooch. For sure i will be back and thanks a lot for the amazing accommodation!

We strongly recommend Minas and Yavor’s place. They are the perfect hosts: friendly, caring, fun, knowledgeable, happy to help in any way, and still mindful to leave you some space. They even took us to the beach for a wonderful evening bath and seafood dinner, and you might be lucky enough to be showed an interesting collection of theirs, if you behave well. Their place is comfortable and super clean. We enjoyed the neighbourhood as well, which is not touristic and gives you a taste of “real life”, with quick and good connection to the centre (or a nice walk away). And Viktor is a lovely energetic dog…
