Si bien es una zona muy concurrida el depto es tranquilo ya que no da a la calle. A 15 min en subte del centro de la ciudad, con muchos medios de transporte cercanos.
La habitación de huéspedes cuenta con una cama doble, TV 32" con Chromecast, pequeño escritorio y placard. El resto del espacio es compartido conmigo.

Hello! I'm Eric, my apartment is located between the Almagro and Caballito neighborhoods, on an important avenue and meters from the subway. It has two bedrooms, one
of them is the guest room, kitchen, laundry room with washing machine and bathroom.
Although it is a very busy area, the apartment is quiet since it does not face the street. 15 minutes by subway from the city center, with many means of transport
nearby.
The guest room has a double bed, 32" TV with Chromecast, small desk and closet. The rest of the space is shared with me.
