Edinburgh  (uk)

Super charming flat in a traditional building in the trendy Stockbridge neighbourhood of Edinburgh!

You'll have full use of the flat, which has high ceilings, a lovely sitting room with an 'Edinburgh press', a recently refurbished bathroom with rainfall shower, and a well equipped kitchen if you want to do any cooking. I'm offering either the sofa bed in the office/TV room or the main bedroom if you want more space to yourself. Either option can sleep up to two people very comfortably.

The Stockbridge area of Edinburgh is right in the city centre and yet also has a great “village within the city" feel with the botanic garden, Inverleith Park, and Water of Leith walkway super close, and lots of fantastic cafes, restaurants, and pubs around the corner. Google it -- it's beautiful and special!

The flat is a 20-minute walk from either Waverley or Haymarket train station or else easy to reach from the airport or the train stations by bus or taxi/Uber. Stockbridge is walkable distance to all the sights in the city, including the Castle, Calton Hill, Holyrood Palace, Arthur's Seat, and everything else.

I'm almost always available to hang out in the mornings and prepare coffee and cook a nice breakfast for us. Or to share some whisky or wine and swap travel adventure stories in the evening.

Check in time is flexible -- any time after 2pm.

About me: I've been living in Edinburgh for 15+ years. I love the outdoors, and can recommend some good walks and hikes in and around Edinburgh. I love camping, tennis, reading, films, traveling, and all forms of nude recreation -- indoors and out.
