Literally steps from all the activities of Wilton Drive. 10-15 minutes to airport and Sebastian Beach with private parking space in a gated community should you have a vehicle. 2 1/2 blocks to the Eagle, 1 1/2 blocks to Ramrod, and across the street from Tropics, you won't find a more central location (click on "Map" to see how "ground zero" the location is!). Absolutely no drugs or unregistered guests. Free access to the brand new Planet Fitness gym.
Quiet, orderly household yet very close to all of the action.  Alcohol and cannabis use are both fine.  Smoking outdoors on the back waterfront patio.  
Your host is an educated, professional, former semi-pro athlete with interests that include running, cycling, weight training, yoga, pilates, travel, cooking and dining out.  I look forward to meeting and hosting you.
