You will receive two keys - one for the main entrance door on the ground floor and one for the apartment door.
Please always lock the apartment door when you leave the apartment if no one is home.

This is a nudist's apartment and it is definitely desired to be naked.
If you or maybe just your partner don't feel comfortable naked or want to try it first, then it's OK with undies or more. You should feel comfortable.
Absolute nudity is of course preferred

It is possible to be naked on the balconies

Please remember that this is not a hotel, but a residential building. There are quiet times here.
Please be absolutely quiet between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m.
In general, please do not make loud phone calls in the apartment or on the balcony; I have sensitive neighbors. The same for music and television

It is absolutely undesirable to bring strangers into the apartment without my knowledge.

Please ask beforehand - but only if I am also present. Nudism is welcome.

For breakfast there is a selection of tea specialties and coffees, as well as small packaged snacks (croissants etc.). If you have any special requests (vegan etc.), please let me know.

A larger breakfast together on Saturday and Sunday is possible.

Depending on your booking, you will sleep on the guest bed, an air bed or next to me. If there is availability, you are welcome to change beds at any time.

If you feel uncomfortable or lonely on the guest bed, you can always lie down in bed with me. Don't be afraid of waking me up, I sleep very deeply
