65m² apartment with 2 bedrooms. A room is free and a place in my big bed is free. There is also a sofa in the living room which takes 2 people.

The apartment is fully equipped. Dishwasher, Nespresso, ceramic hob, fridge, freezer and all the crockery and cooking objects for the kitchen. For the bathroom, it is equipped with bathtub, washing machine and dryer.

The apartment is located 100m from the tram stop valrose university line 1. And it is therefore 20 minutes from the Promenade des Anglais.

I work in the disability field, so ok for handicap and I am on the ground floor for wheelchairs or difficulties with steps. I go to a naturist beach and I know a lot of them as far as the Var... I am 53 years old, ex hetero, I have a son who does not live with me...but whom I often see at his place.
