This nice one bedroom location is situated right in the heart of the city of Rotterdam, close to the iconic Markthall and the Blaak station.

This lively area offers a perfect mix of living, working and pleasure. All city facilities are in the immediate vicinity.

The apartment is around the corner of many of the city hotspots: the Markthall, the Kubus woningen (yellow cube houses), the Hoogstraat and the Meent; with a great variety of shops, restaurants and cafe's, the Oude Haven area, a popular nightlife area with several restaurants and cafe's and entertainment options.

Many supermarkets and convenient stores are around the corner for all daily necessities. The Blaak, train/metro/tram station is on a five minute walk from the apartment building with great connections all around the city and a direct train connection to Amsterdam and many other cities.

The apartment is located on the 4rd floor of the building (elevator available) and has the following amanities:

- recently renovated, modern furnishing

- Climate control (cooling/heating) in the entire house

-The bathroom features a walk-in shower with a glass wall, a sink and a washing machine

- WIFI and smart TV

- (Heated) balcony (clothing required)

- guest bed in the livingroom

- breakfast is included, dinner on request

Clothing optional, non-smoking, no pets. Please do not bring visitors/hookups to the apartment.
