Im Stadtteil Bad Cannstatt gibt es drei Mineralbäder und eine Schwulen-Sauna (Pour Lui). Außerdem findest du hier gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und ein vielseitiges Gastronomieangebot.
Nicht weit von der Wohnung sind auch der Cannstatter Wasen (Volksfest / Frühlingsfest), die Wilhelma (Botanisch-zoologischer Garten), das Theaterschiff, das Straßenbahnmuseum, die Schleyer-Halle, die Porsche-Arena, das Daimler-Stadion, das Mercedes-Benz-Museum und viele andere Attraktionen.
Das Zimmer verfügt über TV, Internetradio und kostenfreiem WLAN. Rauchen ist in der Wohnung nicht erlaubt.
